Went Above & Beyond

I called this company to purchase this beautiful clock as a Christmas gift. As it was so late, they stopped what they were doing to get my order sent out immediately. It was delivered in time for Christmas & is loved by the recipients. The only downfall was I didn't receive notification about delivery to inform the recipients & so the delivery company left the clock outside in the pouring rain out of sight & so was found a day or 2 after delivery. Thankfully it was so well packaged that it remained undamaged.
