You can return most online orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, however, the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and a refund will only take place after the goods have been returned, inspected by our Web Returns team and deemed to be in a suitable condition.

Please note that with the except of faulty items, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of mattresses, bed linen, duvets, and pillows. We can also not accept returns on paint products as these are custom made for the customer.

We will however pay the relevant return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error i.e. you have received an incorrect item, or the item has arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage(s) to along with the order details and we will get back to you within 48 hours, however, this may take longer if it falls over a weekend or a holiday weekend.
