Resolution to non delivery of a framed print

I received a call from Taylors this morning and it would seem that the glass was broken on the framed print I ordered, as such it was sent back to Taylors with no explanation to me from DPD that this was the case. Taylors have been pro active this morning to resolve this issue to my satisfaction and I thank them for the speed of there response Colin Gordon
