I had an issue with the clock however I was confused whether contact the customer service or leave ndl it but when I email them they help me with the item the lady named Suzanne reply me back of saying if you want we can sent you replacement or refund where I request them to give me voucher so I get a different one instead.
I would definitely recommend them they got the best customer service and never let their customer down.

I purchased a Thomas kent clock, when it arrived the clock face was smashed to pieces I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady called suzanne, she was really helpful and said she would get a new clock sent out to us. I was kept up dated on this the new clock arrived within a few day. Great customer service. Thankyou.
