Thomas Kent Architect Wall Clock

Clock arrived and looks good. However there is a second clock contained within the clock face, dual international times, for family, thus ensuring not to telephone at an inappropriate hour, this secondary clock did not work. I contacted Taylors 5 days ago, was greeted perfectly and I explained the problem. The response was that they would instruct Thomas Kent who would send a replacement quite quickly and reach out to me about whether they want the faulty one returned or simply binned. That was five days past, weekend included though, but nothing heard. I’ll wait for a complete week then contact Taylors again, but for the price paid, I rightly or wrongly expected a better service!
